Customer services are truly terrible . The management staff are rude and judgmental so don't expect any help from them and the maintenance are very bad and don't expect they will fix anything. During my stay, I have to call more than once and actually I had to go to the office and complain to get my water heater fixed and guess what? it was not fixed for long, two days later and no hot water for a week.
