I’m not going to hold yall, when I first moved here I was very unhappy. It was so loud and hood and no parking. Jennifer told me she was going to clean it up and she did just that. They even power washed all the buildings. I can go out and come in late now because there is parking. And let’s not talk about repairs. As soon as I put in a ticket, the maintenance man is here. I’ll be renewing my lease for another year.
I want to send this review and give Jennifer and Miss Jackie five stars and the maintenance guy they are doing a wonderful job out here at birchtown houses.. they are nice people with good attitudes and if you have a maintenance problem they do everything they can do to make sure they take care of it.. so I'm giving them five stars.. and that's one of the reasons why I'm going to sign another 12 months lease I've been out here for 19 years.. and by far just been the best landlord we ever had out here.
The office is helpful, responsive and very respectful
Ive lived at this complex for over 2 years its safe clean people go outta there way to help u and jennifer and her staff are very helpful and polite. If your looking for a good place to live birchtown is it
