This place is EXTREMELY disgusting! It is unsafe for you and a family what you are told on a contract is all a lie . Management is rude they don’t listen to anything to have to safe are ac unit went out multiple times dishwasher was asked n told is was going to be fixed never was fixed ! Told the unit was fully refurbished LIE! There was so many things wrong sink leak, shower, dishwasher microwave don’t even properly heat ! I moved into this facility almost a year now and just renewed my lease . It's an amazing place to stay. It's safe , secured, clean n comfortable. You get almost all you need. The office staff are amazing and friendly too.
You better off renting a apartment in hell than at this place . Bramantes need to just sell and get rid of this place because they have no passion to upkeep it. the building is condemned fill with bugs. Horrible smells . Dirty hallways maintenance leaves unsafe tools around and the ceiling in my hallway is hanging . Oh in the winter the parking lots are Icy and barely plowed . So if you like to slip and fall while walking to your car. This is your place ! And they give you paper parking passes that you can’t get replaced so ... read more
