If I could give zero stars, I would.My wife has been coming to Braman to get her Honda CR-V serviced for years, and we decided to patronize them for a vehicle. My father-in-law was helping us by contacting the dealership online, and we were given a quote for a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring 2024 of $38.9K.I was also told that they can get us the color we wanted - Canyon River Blue - in 24 to 48 hours.We set up a 5:30 pm appointment and arrived early. Scumbag Dealership with a scumbag corporate. Roadside took over 7 hours to replace a tire. When I went in to have the tire replaced and compensated for the poor service, the manager I spoke to, ****, was absolutely disrespectful and dismissive, rolling his eyes and essentially telling me this is not their issue, its a corporate issue. After calling corporate, corporate said its not their issue, its roadsides issue. They ran my mothers credit without consent (she found out when she went to the next dealership). They refused to take off the added stuff (around $7K of vehicle upgrades). I raised concern to the general manager which he responded respectfully but was out of office. The general sales manager and a sales person were the ones assisting my mom. Overall this location should really be looked into.
I wish there was a rating for no stars for the Braman Honda of Palm Beach Service Department. Their service department and customer service is so horrible, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I made an appointment yesterday that was ignored, allowing 15 cars to be worked on before my car was touched.
