TERRIBLE! Communication was really bad. They sold the car I was interested in which was perfectly fine, no big deal. But instead of letting me know, they just ghosted me completely, even after multiple days. I'm talking about the salesperson ANDREA and the GM STEPHEN. All they had to do is send a 10 second text or email . I would fire my employees if anyone did that. When I receive outstanding service I try to give a shout out to everyone involved. If I missed anyone I apologize. This was my first experience purchasing a BMW and it was seamless. I live three hours away so Jerome worked a deal with me via text and email. He worked my Mercedes trade in, new car price as well as financing terms.
