Not great service. Seems to be a disconnect between the call center who schedules appointments and the service center. Was scheduled twice unnecessarily and wasted my time.
Braman is the best. My family & I have been buying cars there since 1997 and their service is fantastic.

I purchased a brand new i4 at the beginning of July and wish I never wasted my time with Braman. The car is a pile of junk, was delivered covered in impossible to fully remove water spots, was missing the lumbar button control switch for the driver seat for some reason, the part costs over $300 to replace. BMW couldn't care less about that. Lots of rattles on the interior. I got a call from BMW and they said they were going to call back to address this, but they never called back.
