I highly recommend Worker Corbet if you're looking for a car. He helped me out so much trying to find the best car for me; he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and sure with my decision. I really appreciate how transparent and honest he was. Definitely will be coming back!
Corbet is the best service advisor and Jason is always so helpful.I travel from WPB to come to this BMW because the service is far superior to the WPB location. Im in and out in no time when I service my car.
Absolutely horrendous experience trying to book my cars scheduled service. So much so it’s prompting me to leave this review. I called last week, ahead of the scheduled maintenance to make an appt. 1st call hung up on me, 2nd call, no answer and had to leave a message. I left a detailed message explaining I needed to make an appt and left info where to call me back, no call back. Waited a couple of days, no response. If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I would. My aunt called with the intention of purchasing 10 BMWs to start her car business .. yes, TEN vehicles and the treatment she received was absolutely unacceptable. She was speaking with a representative named Armen, trying to explain her situation, when he rudely cut her off and told her, “this is getting dramatic” before transferring her to a manager.
