It was a great experience today dealing with Simran at the eye clinic BCC family eye care. She is very professional and have excellent customer service capabilities. I wish him all the success in her life.
Not recommended!!! Very bad experience with the receptionist, Simran. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in her communication, making the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
Trouble .save your money.confused service. No communication . Went with my daughter to check . No answer for the problem just money grab
First one star review ever. Zero respect for you and your time. Staff as sharp as a spoon. How can you trust someone with your eyes who can't see the staffing problem in front of them. Don't waste your time.
