Seemed to be very knowledgeable.
Bramac was great to deal with but look out for hidden costs, like mileage and paying for the time the technician to drive to the work site, don't mind paying for the time the technician was here, however I have an issue paying for the drive here plus the mileage, hidden costs, not fair to the consumer
