Do not take your vehicle to these guys they will rip you off any chance they get. I'm not even gonna explain the problems I've had it's to long of a story. They will let you leave with no brakes and tell you the vehicle is safe to drive. They have no regard for your safy I'm surprised there still in business. I gave them one more chance and they did nothing but lie to me didnt even fix the main problem I brought the vehicle in to get fixed I honestly think they didn't know how to fix it. Thank you Brakes Xpress I had all my brakes and rotors done on 2 of our cars back to back . They provided great work, repairs were done quickly. Spoke to Mike and Eric very kind and helpful communicated very quickly keeping me updated on my repairs. I appreciate their time and services provided..I will continue doing business with them and refer friends and family who are seeking referrals.
I called several places to change the brake pads and rotors on a 2016 Honda Civic, Brake Xpress And More in Pontiac gave the best price. They used name brand parts and I think Ryan the mechanic did an excellent job. The car was ready in less than 1 hour.
Would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this place. Went in because my car was stalling out and they called me back saying it was a bad camshaft sensor but the issue was they already replaced it 3 months prior and I spent $550 to get that replaced and when I brought that up to their attention they said they had no history of them doing it in there system and wanted to charge me $500 bucks again to do the work they “already did”.
