I worked here, 4 months in I hurt my neck at work. I worked for another 2 years after my injury, never taking a day off because I was never offered one despite the pain. During that time, I was not appreciated for still working. There was no sympathy, caring, or understanding for my injury from anyone at brakes plus management. I hope my pain and suffering brings you joy and happiness in this coming new year.

I feel very betrayed, by the astronomical price I paid for service. I received front brake pads and rotors, on a 2011 Toyota Camry. I could have gotten premium brake pads/ rotors on Amazon for the price I paid for the pads themselves. I feel taken advantage of , because I am a woman and I was there without male companionship. They gave me a so-called Military discount, but still the price was exurbanite. Terrific staff! Ben was more than willing to shuttle me back to my apartment for a few hours while my car was being serviced and pick me up when it was about finished. Very friendly and honest guys at this location.

I was very satisfied with the customer service at the corporate building that was located on Yosemite. Keep up the great work team!!
