I came into the shop thinking I needed rear brakes as they seemed soft. Turns out I didn't. Kianna took me out to the shop to show me that I had plenty of pad left on both the fronts and rears. She suggested doing a check on the hydraulic fluid. They did a fluid flush and that seems to have improved the braking. She was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely return whenever I need any of the services they provide and will recommend the shop to friends and family.
