Went in to Brakes Plus today, brakes would sqeak in the afternoon but not in the morning when I drove to work. Started out light a few months ago. Last couple weeks it got worse. Not sure if was warped rotors or my brakes. Since they did both, I took my car in. They got my car in almost immediately. Eric was incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I just got a new AC compressor with this place I only went here because my mother has been a loyal customer and patron for years and every time something is wrong with my car she is always recommending them. Well this time I gave in and went with this brakes plus. I also think that the people my mom worked with are no longer there because my experience wasn’t the best. This brakes plus is fantastic. I brought by jeep Cherokee in for brake pad replacement, but they found i needed calipers replaced. They called and talked me through pricing, understanding when I couldn't do both the pads and the calipers. Advised me on which was a higher priority, got it done that same day. 6 days later, a brake line blew because of a crack in a very hard to see place , which they fixed with no charge on the same day I had it towed which is amazing. Highly recommend.
They are absolutely amazing here! Best breaks plus in town!! Only mechanics, I trust!! Kianna is incredible and helps you understand what needs to be done.
