I had a couple problems with my car, and I knew what the issue was, but when I came in with the fear they may try to upsell me, I was happily proven that they understood, and checked it out without the need for unnecessary upgrades. The manager, Gerry, was understanding, forthright, and honest, in his inspection and only let me know what the problem was, not what it could be. Brought my vehicle here to fix squishy brakes and when I got the vehicle back, there was no noticeable difference. Took the vehicle back again a week later and now they recommended even more. Wish this would’ve been a one-stop fix.
