Guy's were awesome and took care of something that was I was so lost, I say anything else, they're just awesome!!!
The first time I visited I needed to replace my back brakes and rotors. Thought the problem was fixed, but the person working on my car was since fired and shouldn’t have been working on my car. I was also told that I didn’t need my front brakes and rotors done. I went in a second time to get my back brakes/rotors re-done. They then proceeded to tell me that I all of a sudden needed to get my front brakes and rotors done as well. Had them try to take care of a warranty issue on my vehicle, but they definitely were more worried about their profit. I ended up getting no refund and they put new pads on a car that needed new rotors and pads. And it wasn’t even the car that we had an issue with. If they wanted to make things right, they would’ve just gave me a full refund for the whole entire brake job. I paid for the lifetime warranty parts and they gave me the cheapest parts possible. Fantastic customer service. Tommy was awesome, he keep me informed of every step. Brian the mechanic worked on my air conditioner. Did a awesome job. Thxs guys! Moving from Utah to Virginia my air conditioner stopped working in my truck, Brian fixed it. Definitely recommend stopping by Brakes Plus!
Great service! They made sure everything was taken care off and were great at explaining everything to someone who knows nothing about cars haha! I would definitely recommend going to this location! Tommy and Fernando were awesome!
