Fantastic service, the tech did great work and explained things really well, but I unfortunately didnt get his name. Mark who checked me in was also Fantastic. Looking like I'll definitely be back for future service as needed even though this location is well out of my way. came back another day for an oil change, ended up finding out I needed brakes as well, really appreciate them taking the time to check those and walk me through a couple different options and getting me taken care of once again. Mark helped diagnose the ticking issue in my Durango and quickly identified that the driveshaft needed to be replaced. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend the Gretna location and would absolutely trust Mark with my vehicle again. He is honest, transparent, and genuinely puts his customers first. Excellent service from start to finish.
