I had a very bad experience a brakes plus Miss Ellie The lady at the front counter was very rude and did not show Customer service. Came for an oil change and inspection Approximately 8:30 AM this morning, Employee did not show any respect or help me with any of my problems just gave me a bad attitude and side eyed me up and down please fix Never had this problem with any other employee before.
Dustin was an absolute professional, and worked out a very reasonable deal with me, i highly appreciate it, and highly recommend doing business with brakes plus 🙋
Ellie and the team at Brakes Plus were so helpful, kind, and easy to work with. They inspected out brakes for free and got us right in to help us out. We recommend this location!
Excellent Brake Service by Antono I had my brake pads replaced by Antonio, and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue in simple terms and made sure everything was working perfectly before handing the car back. The car now feels much smoother and safer. Highly recommend Antonio for any brake-related work!
Such an amazing group of people at this location. I brought in my work van that we use to transport our senior residents and they made the process as simple and flexible as they could. We will be going to Brakes Plus from here on out for our vehicle maintenance needs!
