The past two times I’ve utilized Brakes Plus’ services, I’ve been very satisfied. The staff are always super kind and understanding if you aren’t knowledgeable about cars. Ellie helped me at this location, and she was so great! She’s very personable & great at her job. Additionally, whenever they call to discuss the diagnostic results, it feels like they are straight up, and don’t push unnecessary services on me.
Ellie was amazingly helpful!! She was very kind, and so sweet while i was getting my brakes checked. Definitely plan on returning!
I was very impressed with the customer service. Instead of having to wait around they got me a Lyft ride and when my car was ready sent a Lyft to pick me up. They took the time to fix it right!
Best customer service ever. The manager Tim was very good at explaining every procedure they do, as well as their pricing. They’re very efficient and do a very good job on your vehicle! 100/10. Definitely recommend.
