Solomon and all the guys here at Brakes Plus were awesome! Super friendly and very knowledgeable everything was explained to me step by step with no hidden charges. They provide reasonable prices and get you in and out as quickly as possible! The waiting area is nice and clean with complimentary water and coffee. They also have great informational signage everywhere and a price board. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back!
I went in earlier and did not have the best experience. However, I immediately received a call from the general manager Walter. He apologized and asked if I could come in and he would look at my car personally. They were extremely apologetic and kind when I returned. I greatly appreciate their help! Sebastian has been absolutely AMAZING!! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and they were super quick. Very appreciative of the amazing service in making sure my car is safe!! 🥰
Currently, my vehicle has accumulated 575,750 miles, and I have been utilizing the services of Brakes Plus since the acquisition of my car. I cannot recall the exact number of visits I have made to Brakes Plus, but every time I depart, I am filled with a sense of satisfaction.
