Everyone is extremely kind. They're service is quick and honest. Someone came in throwing an attitude and the GM handled it with grace and no employee was rude back and the situation was resolved. As I've been sitting here they've shown the same kindness and efficiency to everyone that has walked through the door. Great staff, best prices, straight to the point and honest. First time here, definitely not the last. Thanks guys.
Doesn't honor appointments time..
I was a little behind schedule and worried they wouldn't be able to get me in, Jon assured me it was fine and took care of getting everything squared away while Roc took my truck back and was super speedy. Brakes Plus in Liberty Hill is the best. Go see John and Roc they are great.
Well every good thing must come to an end. These people were trusted but now are not. I called to get a quote on a 2500 GMC diesel oil change. I had to press to get this and after the second person I finally got a "quote" of $140-$160. I explained that this is not a quote its an estimate and he argued that it is a quote. I guess english is his third language. To top it off they charged my wife $140+ for a basic oil change on a 2023 gmc Canyon which holds close to half the oil as my 2500.
