One small coaching suggestion for Aaron: leading with solutions rather than titles makes a big difference. Phrases like, “How can I help today?” or “What can I do to make this right for you?” land much better than “I’m the manager.” If he could take a page from your playbook—or even shadow you—I think it would elevate the whole experience.
