My brakes were making horrendous sounds and the guys here were able to quickly diagnose the issue. I was offered several options for a fix, everyone was super courteous and nice. The work was done very timely and they even gave me discounts! Great experience! Highly recommend this shop!
Aaron and Dustin were very kind and professional. I had a long list of car problems and they stuck with me when things went left and got me a good price. They made sure I was taken care of on an AC issue that had been bothering my car for over a year. Thank you guys so much!
I came to Brakes Plus back in January and was given a great quote for replacing my brakes but was unable to pay for the service at the time. I came back weeks later now it being February and they honored my first quote. The manager Aaron is very friendly as well as their staff, Van. Jacob fixed my breaks and my vehicle drives much smoother. I'd recommend coming here. Thanks again, Aaron, Van and Jacob! I came back recently for an oil change and they have a new associate named Sam who was very friendly and helpful!
I love Brakes Plus!! Aaron has amazing customer service and is not pushy at all!! I love the free brake inspection and they checked so many more things for me and let me know everything thats going on with my car in under and hour!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!
