First they have the best prices for all break work, half of the dealership quote. One of my break pads was excessively worn out. They looked and showed me in the bay the calipers looked good, so they only did a cleaning and lubrication of the caliper - instead of replacing it outright. The receptionist was professional and pleasant, and the older mechanic was polite and knowledgeable. This was my first visit, but I found a new preferred auto shop in town. Good job guys!
