My husband and I took my car in for a free A/C inspection 5 weeks ago. We were told that we had a low charge and needed the radiator and condenser fans. They charged us $2,400 to fix it. Since then, we have been back 6 times, all because our A/C continued not to work. Now, we are told that we need to pay an additional $2,000 because there’s a leak they couldn’t detect on the original inspection. So, $4,400 later we MIGHT have a car with running A/C. I would highly recommend taking your car anywhere else for repairs.
I went in for an oil change and they caught several other things that were wrong from a recent recall. So grateful!!!

I paid over $2000 to get my car fixed. I got it back from the shop, and I made it a mile out until it broke down in the middle of a high volume traffic area. I’m not usually the kind of person to leave a bad review, because I get that things happen and we all make mistakes.. but this was very frustrating and scary.
