I noticed some squealing when my car would go in reverse so I came to this brakes plus in queen creek to get things checked out. first time here but I found them to be friendly, straight forward, and efficient. they wound up replacing the rear pads and resurfacing the rotors for me. no upsell and pricing was on par with what I expected. pads come with a warranty so when they ultimately need to be replaced again in the future I'm told will only have to pay for the labor which is good to know. was in and out under 2 hours tota... read more

Couldn’t recommend. Their techs aren’t the brightest here. BMW was blowing hot air took it in to have it recharged. $490 later they fixed nothing and wanted $3000 to replace the condenser and a/c compressor. Took it down the road for second opinion to find out the BMW has two cooling units and the second one was low. $200 fix. My fault for trusting brake plus
