Went in yesterday for a state inspection. Courtney was very informative, helpful and patient.
I stopped by Brakes Plus because my tail lights weren't lighting up when I was braking. Scott and his associate were so prompt! He was able to take a look at and fix my lights within a half hour! And he was incredibly complimentary - said he just had to replace two bulbs and he had some spares anyways - and he didn't charge me one penny for the work and time he put into my car! I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed here today. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
