We had an exceptional experience here. Appreciated being able to make an appointment online and the available coupons they had available. When we arrived Lori greeted us and was extremely kind and helpful. We weren't pushed with any aggressive up selling or services we didn't need. Just general recommendations within the quote but there was no guilt in choosing the economic option. We got to sit back, have a cup of coffee and get our service the same day as the inspection appointment.
Lori and Scott were exceptional...in and out in 10 minutes. I'm a Marine Veteran..They were unassuming and took care of my problem. I would recommend them to everyone!!
Courtney was outstanding, great customer service.
Courtney was amazing! I came in for emissions testing and she took great care of of me and my 4Runner. She is also the best coolant salesman ever - notified me of being low and recommended the coolant flush service - the technicians completed everything super quick!
