Great customer service, quick and efficient!
I had a cover under my car that was improperly secured at my last service center. While getting my car washed, I noticed it hanging down and saw Brakes Plus right across the street. I stopped in and asked if they could help—they quickly and happily got it on a lift and fixed it for me. The team was so courteous, kind, and answered all my questions. Had the absolutely best experience at Brakes Plus on Pine Lake! I needed to do a custom alignment on my 2018 Fiat 124 Spider and Damon and Carson completely took care of me. Carson is next level friendly - he's exactly the kind of person you want to interact with when you walk into a shop. Great experience and customer service from my guy Carson. He took a good amount of time to explain everything and get me the best price. He was completely transparent and checked off just about every box for what you want out of a service advisor for a shop!
This shop does an excellent job. They are honest. I've been taking my vehicles there for 2 years now. They always make sure to treat you like your concerns are thier number one priority. The entire team there are fantastic, but I do want to shout out at Carson who made my vehicle disaster manageable.
