I had my car battery replaced at Brakes Plus and the service was excellent. They were quick, professional, and got me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate how efficient the team was and how smoothly the whole process went. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service Andy was more than accommodating and professional, explaining what he found when I told of a grinding noise.
We took our vehicle in to have the breaks and rotors inspected due to rust. Nate at the Westminster location on 120th was very helpful. He let us know our pads were under warranty and would be replaced at no cost and that the rear portion of the front rotors needed to have a little surface rust removed. He even found a $40 coupon for us to cover the rotor work. We just paid for the labor. Totally worth it. Thanks Nate and Andy.
I used to go to another Brakes Plus that was (thankfully) fair and pleasant, and by accident I came to this one for some work. I'm so glad I did. The service here is even BETTER and the communication is very dialed-in; so anyone getting work done feels better, and more importantly: will actually UNDERSTAND what is happening with their vehicle.
