I had a 3:00 appointment for a basic oil change. We dropped the vehicle off at 3:00 and I asked, "what, about an hour to complete?" "yes" was the reply. We came back at 4:30 thinking that the car would be ready. Wrong, they hadn't even pulled it in yet and proceeded to tell me a couple different stories or reasons why, my only question was "why didn't you give me call and let me know, you had two phone numbers for us" the response was they got busy but could have the car ready before end of business.
