Lou, at the Bellevue location has phenomenal customer service. He made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process, was very personable and made sure that I was 100% happy with the service I received before I left. Its hard to find a shop where men aren't condescending towards women, and he treated me as an equal from the moment I spoke to him on the phone. I will be back and I will refer as many people here as possible
