I have previously had a great experience here but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I went in for my inspection and they suggested an alignment. They did it and sent me home - this was about 2 weeks ago. Today I went back for a shaking car to be notified that my front two tires need to direly be replaced. Just had a flawless experience at the Lewisville location, on Windhaven Pkwy. James assisted me with my vehicle and was very friendly and straightforward. Ended up needing breaks and rear suspension parts. The car was done in under 3 hours and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I used to be weary of “Break places”, however was pleasantly surprised that this shop is very easy and highly knowledgeable. Needed a lot done but they took care of me. Robert was clear about what my car really needed and transparent about the costs.
I came in close to closing and wanted to get my tires checked to make sure there is enough air. They graciously took me in filled up my tires on my brand new car. Kyle was friendly and amazing.
