They are sooooo bad. Went to them to check on my brakes. Told me they just only needed brake pads but I got other opinions and told me the brake rotors are messed up too. Very obvious it was metal to metal and they were just gonna let me off with it. They also left my oil cap off and oil got everywhere. So stunk up my car. Please don’t come here, my wife went here because it was close. Poor establishment estimate for replacing break pads ~400 bucks

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus, and I especially want to recognize Robert Sissac for the outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into anything. Isaac made the whole process easy and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of and comfortable with the work being done. It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore.
