This is my second time coming here to change my breaks and each time they are fast and efficient. James was really helpful in explaining my services today and helped me with any coupons they had available!
Great service and friendly team. Robert the manager is always helpful and Mike stayed late to work on our car so it would be done before a busy weekend hauling three kids around at soccer games.
Anything positive I write falls short of the experience I had. Robert the manager was so honest and thorough in his explanations. It's a little tucked away, but totally worth it! We used to go to Brake's Plus in Carrollton when we lived there. Now that we're in The Colony, we had a lot more options to take our cars. We saw Brake's Plus on the way to Target and decided to get my inspection done since it's up at the end of the month. Robert, the manager, was super friendly and made us feel like old friends.
