Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping with my Nissan Altima. I originally came in for a routine oil change and Robert alerted me of important services/problems that needed to be handled with my vehicle. I went for brake pads & oil change. James was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to look at my old brake pads and explained everything from start to finish. I will be returning for my future car needs.
I chose this location over one closer to me based on its reviews and I had a great experience with them! They were busy when I arrived and made sure to acknowledge me when they saw me waiting. Alexis was the main person that helped me and I also interacted with another employee who was also helpful and accommodating. Update: Hate to remove some stars from this review, but I have to leave an honest one. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up getting told my car needed rear shocks. Something told me this wasn't the case. Took it in for a couple more second opinions and yup, learned I didn't need it. Feeling disappointed for sure. Would've cost me $700+ for the job.
