My experience with this business has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, they are very knowledgeable, prompt and reasonable. I highly recommend.
I called and was taken care of the same day. I was very pleased with my service,they were so great. I would gladly refer them to anyone.
Had my Honda Pilot serviced there. Got Brakes, Radiator and Transmission Flush, oil change and inspection, Did a great job at a reasonable price.
I just had a great experience at BrakesPlus on Keystone (Stonegate). Had my headlight fuses replaced in minutes!!! Very happy.
The guys at Brakes Plus took amazing care of me! They were incredibly professional and performed above and beyond my expectations. I trusted them with my lifted Jeep and I will continue to bring it there for my braking needs! Excellent job by everyone, but special thanks to Jason for making the experience top notch!!
They will take advantage of ladies that come in to their office. They have over charged my mother and when we called to talk about to got hung up on by 2 different guys. They are full of themselves. My situation had to be dealt with above their heads with cooperate. Fun fun. Don’t go here! Don’t waste your time, and don’t bring a coupon because they will find a way to not let you use it!
I am completely dissatisfied with the work done by Brakes Plus. I took my car in for a shaking issue going down the freeway. about $2300 later and a bunch of new parts and brake work my car rides worse now than it did before I took it in. I have returned 3 times afterwards to give them an opportunity stand in back of their work and do the right thing. There's nothing worse than a thief and a bald face liar! Save your money and explore other options!
In town on a roadtrip & needed a repair. Called another shop that couldn't get to me until tomorrow but referred me here. These guys got me in right away and really took care of me. That's my little blue Pontiac Vibe GT out front. Check them out!
These guys are so sweet! Always very professional, gives great feedback, and offers additional help. This location is not the closest to my home, but it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend
