Went to change brake pads as the inspection showed wearing. Manager Jason charged me $ 784.71 for the pads and rotor ($526) $200 for labor, and the $ 22 for fluid without even changing or adding (I told him not to change as I recently changed). He insisted changing rotors which were changed recently in brakes plus in another location. Wouldn’t take out “Advantage” charge as he used all 4 matching rotors! Rip off & I don’t recommend to anybody
Major rip off! They lead us to believe our car was fixed. Told us that a tune up and and timing belt replacement also needed to be done. We agreed under the belief that the original problem was fixed. Then they called and said original problem not fixed, have to take it to a dealership, AND THEN CHARGED 600 DOLLARS FOR WORK.!!! This company is deceptive and a bunch of con artists!
Overnight, my car went from driving fine to not starting. I let Tyler know that I had taken it to Autozone and they tested my battery and noted that the battery was fine but the alternator was not working. I also had gotten a warning from my charger/conditioner. I asked to replace the belts at the same time, as they hadn't been replaced in a long time. After diagnostics, Tyler called to say it was just the battery, the alternator showed a "ripple", but that he "wouldn't replace it in his own car." So, trusting the mechanics ... read more

Staff was prompt and addressed me when I entered. Staff was friendly but felt pressured to have more done than needed. It cost $167 for rear pads ONLY. No rotor work, no front brake work. Expensive.
Telhey where always very friendly and very quick to get my vehicle back to me. However over a month and a half they never actually fixed my van. 1700 over the time period and now my van is going to be junked. I can't in good conscience recommend them as they either should have fixed the problem right the first time (suspect that the repeated over heating eventually damaged my head gaskets) or told me that the head gaskets where the problem from the start. Not almost 2k later.
Honesty and a helpful mechanic go a long way, they got my ball joint arm and alignment for 50%less than Firestone wanted... Thanks Chad!
The guys there are awesome and very polite . I have gone in for several things and they have been very nice guys and prompted at the fix..
