Service The crew at this particular Brakes Plus are amazing! They treat you with respect, but more important, if you are a regular customer, they treat you like family. My husband and I along with our two daughters have been regular customers for the past 5-6 years, or maybe longer. They do wonderful work; they even rebuilt/replaced our oldest daughter's engine. This place sucks!! I was referred by the guy that usually changes my oil. Unfortunately, they do not work on brakes. While I was there they kept find things wrowng with my car. I spent two hours there and they did this to everyone who came in this morning. They even went as far as doing work on a lady's car without her permission. She refused to pay for the work that was done. They guy at the front counter could not charge her or else she could probably sue them. This was not a good experience. SEARCH NO FURTHER... DON'T GET ANYWHERE ELSE! Car repairs can be the most frustrating thing in the world. Finding a repair shop that can diagnose the problem and fix it a reasonable cost can be even more frustrating! (That's why I never go to a dealer.) horrible business was in brakes plus off union hills and 35th ave today. horrible customer service!!! never go there again! im taking my brakework elsewhere. dirty, lazy, slow dummies. no professionalism. and for older men they shouldve had better ethics in a time of no jobs!
service I have always found this location to be honest and forthcoming. Their charges for service are reasonable and they guarantee their work.
WILL NOT USE AGAIN I got charged 200% markup on parts used to fix my car. Outrageous. All Brakes Plus did was order the parts next door and mark them up 200%. I told the manager I could walk next door and buy the parts and save myself hundreds of dollars and he said they would not install customer parts. I wonder why? Brake splus did not make the parts, did not inventory the parts, did not test the parts - they added no value whatsoever to the parts so is it fair to charge the customer 200% markup! WIll Bring ALL Our Cars here!! We have been in Loveland for many years and have never found a single "shop" where we could take our cars for any service. This past year shop manager Michael Southworth went above and beyond and helped both my wife and daughter in their time of need. Since then I have come to find that they can meet all of our needs - goodbye dealer prices! and now I can be confident our family drives cars that are in great shape.
