Matt the general manager was super helpful & knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the information he provided about my vehicle. He explained everything that was done to the car, step by step, & recommended what should be done. The rest of the staff was super nice too. The facility was clean and well kept. Fantastic! I went here for an alignment, and the job was done well and quickly. They were so kind and explained everything to me about what they had done afterward. They even gave me a current coupon that I didn't know about so I could save some money on the service! Highly recommend!
Had a great experience with Brakes Plus. I broke the caliper pin on a DIY brake job. They fixed the issue with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other services.
Brakes plus on Chandler Heights is great. Mathew and Berry take great care of me and my car. I just realized today speaking to a customer that I have been coming here for 10 years since Berry open the shop. I have been having a problem with my 2023 Hyundai Tucson for over six months and my dealer where I bought car tried and tried to repair the problem we all heard and could not do so I came to Mathew who I KNEW would know what it was and a 5 minute ride he new and it was an easy service.
