I have been a Brakes Plus customer at the Ahwatukee store since 2004 when Todd was the manager. Top shelf service. Early in 2023 i moved the E Mesa area. Today I was in the Ahwatukee area and called about an oil change. Tanner & Angel got me in w/o a wait. Turned out there was a slight delay. But, when presented the invoice by Curtis the new manager, there was a $30 no charge upgrade. I was shocked. Bottom line the BP team even w/o Todd came thru. My daughter dropped her car at Brakes Plus, 222 N 48th St in Lincoln this morning to have the power steering rack replaced. She had an appointment, Brakes Plus had from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to fix her car. At 4:45 Brakes Plus calls and tells her the car won’t be done today. SORRY!!! 4:45! Who does that??? She has no way home, she needs to go to work tomorrow, she is supposed to drop me off and Brakes Plus just leaves us hanging. First they messed up my park brake, told me they couldn't fix it till hours later. One week after they did my brakes they went out completely and I nearly ran over a family.
I always have a fantastic experience here. Mike got my car in and fixed in less than two hours. Thank you!!!!!
