We have had good experience with Brakes Plus on several occasions, and especially at the Little Elm, Texas location. The thing that I like best is that they are honest and upfront and there is no surprises when paying the bill, and that is rare today. Shawn does a great job in explaining the different options and does not try and up-sell in doing so. They are friendly and always ready to serve the customer. The owner of this store should be proud of the team that is at this location.
Sean and the staff at Brakes Plus Little Elm are friendly and always helpful. We have been going to this location for several years and have always received SUPER service. Sean always explains the services needed and pricing before starting the work, so no surprises when you pay the bill. I would highly recommended this place for car service.
My experience started back in Nov 2015 when I was trying to get an '85 Chevy pick up aligned. While everyone else was trying to over charge me 3 to 4 times what an alignment should cost Sean @ brakes plus was a stand up guy and did the alignment for what he had advertised and did a great job. I recently sold that truck and bought an '03 Silverado. I took it to Sean to look over and do the state inspection. I got a very accurate run down of the issues. Great prices and service I can't say enough for how helpful the guys here were. I brought my car in for an alignment ($50, great price) and the starter failed. The guys here not only pulled the part for me, but they also pushed the car into the bay, and then installed the new one for less that $100.

I have pulled and replaced the started on my car twice and this is well worth the cost. They did a great job and worked with me on the part which saved me over $300. I will be coming back whenever I need service.,
