I had a great experience at Brake for less on Moffett Road. Maddie at the front counter was super helpful and took the time to explain what my car needed without making anything confusing. I was surprised to find out it was only her first day because she was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy, and I really appreciate her help. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great customer service!
As an ongoing customer I thought I would get excellent service for my a/c to be repaired. I was charged $500.00 & it stopped working the next day with no warranty, totally unexpected...It's extremely hot outside & I'm so disappointed ....smh!
