I've had a wonderful experience living at Brakeley Gardens Apartments. From the start, the leasing process was smooth and the management team was friendly, responsive, and professional. Looked at these apartments and it was big. The price was a little high buy nothing bad.
It's been two years, and I enjoy my apartment. Alot of space to decorate and affordable. The office team is great and always willing to help.
This place is a joke. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Lived here for years and any time you need something addressed… you’d get a big fat nothing. Squirrels live rent free in the attic crawl space of most buildings. Never addressed. In the winter the smell of rotten eggs fills the air… from the gas leaks that don’t get addressed when brought to their attention.
