I moved into Brakeley Gardens in July 2024 and was told to purchase my own window A/C unit, since the unit I rented didn’t come with one. I spent $180 on a window unit, installed it myself, and used it only for one season. people at office very nice , 1 bedroom apartment was ok , but to much money for one bedroom , plus rent would go up all the time , plus this fee that fee , dog fee administration fee all ads up
Being that I haven’t rented for more than 40 years. I have to say thank you to Adale Fearon-leading Specialist for all her help. She was very pleasant and she made my move very easy. She answered all my questions. The apartment is very nice. I am very pleased with it. It’s very quiet here which is a plus.
I haven 't had heat in four weeks. They refuse to make proper repairs and always threaten me with lawyer letters. The office staff is terrible, constantly sending foolish emails regarding childish games. Do not rent from this place!
