I really loved living here. Not only was it clean but the apartment was very spacious. The management team was very responsive, very polite and made sure the place was well kept. I loved how convenient everything was, from shopping, to dining, and public transportation. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful this is your place. Trust me you won’t regret it.
I have been living here with my boyfriend for 6 years and we have never really had any big issues but, ever since the owners changed more things have been happening. As of last year, personal window A/C units had become an issue. The solution was residents were more than welcome to request sleeve units (for a monthly fee), and they would be installed and maintained by the maintenance staff. As of today, we have all been given emails to remove them immediately or legal action will be taken as they have now become a liability.... read more
This complex used to be a wonderful place to live, especially when it was managed by a smaller company. Unfortunately, ever since Harbor Management Group took over, things have gone downhill. We’ve lived here for six years and only now are being told that we can no longer have a window AC unit—something we explicitly asked permission for and purchased ourselves.
