Don’t ever bring your car to brake team they ripped me off
If I could put zero stars I would. First of all I went against my better judgement and called them even though all the reviews were bad. Scheduled my appointment for today at 11am. I got a reminder text yesterday and was happy they were coming out to my place and I would be in the comfort of my home. Well, here we are 11:40am.... There is nobody here to do my breaks and I have not received a call or a text to tell me the worker is running late! I'm now at Les Schwab. Too long of a story to get into it fully . I will say they are Unorganized, late, disappearing leaving my car jacked up for hours , no call no show their work is shotty. You get what you pay for . Junk service
I called 2 times and scheduled appt and both times they canceled on me.
The guy who works here doesn't even show up to work
