Just got the brakes inspected on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Carlos told me my front brakes were fine but showed me the issues with my rear brakes and laid out two repair options. This shop is 100% honest which was both a huge surprise as well as a relief for me as I am new to this area of the city. Speedy State Inspection – I realized my state inspection ends this month with only two days left. Did my research and found a brake shop near my employment. Pulled in the driveway and was almost sent away because it was lunch time. Carlos followed me out and told me he would be able to get it done right away and ushered me into the cool indoors. Great Auto Brake Repair Company – I have used Brake Stop for about ten years. They have installed brakes on all my cars. I was satisified with their work and have had no problems with any repairs. I use them for all my brake and inspection needs for my families cars. We can drop off our cars on the way to work and pick up our cars on the way home. That way we are not stuck waiting at the shop and they give us a price before they start and call if a there is more or less needed on the car. I highly recommend them!
Good Repair Shop – Been using them for several years to service my Lexus. They are very courtious and honest. Recently I went in to get brakes replaced on Lexus - it would have cost me over $1000.00 at dealership or other place. $350.00 with no B.S. that rotors need to be replaced or the other B.S. some places will make up. They are busy because they are credible. Nice job guys.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN TOWN, HANDS DOWN – I was in Dallas for a week long conference and my truck broke down in Bedford, Tx. I called Brake Stop and Mr. Tamez quickly offered a solution for me. Brake Stop then sent a seasoned mechanic to assist me with my problem. Mr. Tamez was professional and fair far beyond the standards of ethics we all like to call fair.
