I’ve been coming to this specific location for a couple years now. I was just there today because the dealership told me my brake fluid was low and out of spec. I called the shop and spoke to Bret. He told to bring the car in and they’ll check it out for me. Well I did. Dustin took care of me. He check to see if my brake pads were low by pulling off my tires and checked the quality of the brake fluid. I had an excellent experience at Brake Masters in Gilbert! I live about 30 miles away, but a colleague highly recommended this location, and I’m so glad I made the trip. Joey Rodriguez, the manager, was incredibly kind and professional. I received a free inspection and was informed that I needed a rack and pinion replacement. I had such a great experience at Break Masters thanks to Dustin! He was super professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. You can tell he really cares about customers and knows his stuff. Honestly, they should make him store manager — he’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back.
