Im so grateful for my most recent experience at BrakeMasters on Higley/Queen Creek. I got a quote from the dealership which seemed extremely high so I called this shop to get comparison pricing. The gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful and pleasant. He did tell me I needed to bring the car down for them to look which I did the following day. Omg!!! I almost cried today and I will probably cry on my car ride home. I have only been here Arizona for almost 9 months and I was forced out of over $4000 back in July to get some work done on my vehicle. I was taken advantage of by a place called " Express oil".When they returned my vehicle to me two months later I had some things going on with my car that wasn't wrong with my car before they "fixed" it. After picking up our girlfriends car, we were told the whole undercarriage was mangled and that they wouldn’t work on it, yes it is lowered, we know the problems that can come with that, after taking it to Volkswagen ourselves, Volkswagen laughed and said it’s a couple of scratches, but it is safe to drive, thought I’d expect more from a shop that we trusted, but now we’ve learned to not bring our cars here ever. I want to point out Cooper, my wife and I took her Mazda 6 in for a simple oil change as I usually do most the work on my vehicles and from the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and respect which is hard to get now days especially in the auto industry.
