Quoted ETA of 50 minutes. 20 minutes to get the part and 30 minutes to do the install. (Wheel cylinder). After 40 minutes of waiting for the part I asked how much longer and they said maybe 20 to 25 minutes. Its been 40 minutes since I asked. So a job that was quoted under an hour. Now looks if I am lucky 3 hrs. And since they dont seem to have a sense of urgency, as no one has called to find out why the part isn't here. It might take longer. Unnacceptable. Todo el tiempo eh hecho mi servicio ahí y me enroscaron un tornillo que ellos nomas quitan y me querían cobrar mucho por remplazar y todavia me dijeron que ya no volver a cambiar aceite ahi no puede defenderse uno a sus errores porque luego me quieren negar el servicio
I use them because they have Valvoline full synthetic for my car and it's cheaper than going to Valvoline. Great service.
Was only passing through and they could not accommodate me. They wanted me to make an appointment for three days later.
Fast service, courteous employees, clean lobby, and bit pricy but the service is worth it.
