I had bunch of lights out on my Volkswagen eos and it was recommended by the autozone next door that I bring my car to this brake masters to get it checked out. They told me it would cost $170 for a full electrical check. I reluctantly agreed although it was definitely pricey. Once the scan was done they told me I needed a whole new control module and it would cost $12k for them to get the part and put it in. Tried charging my fiancee $1,200 for the right side lights on the car not working when all it needed was a $4 fuse. On top of that a $160 diagnosis.

I've taken my car here a couple of times for oil changes and have never had an issue. Had a couple extra issues needing fixed this time, mainly bulbs that needed changed, and they got those taken care of very quick and didn't overcharge on parts or labor for them. They also made sure to double-check that I wanted each bulb replaced before doing the work and didn't try to sell me on any services I didn't need or ask for.

Excellent service. My appointment was at 3 p.m. for a brake pad check (which is free), but I arrived 30 minutes early and they still saw me early. I changed the oil and the oil filter. I also took the opportunity to change the engine air filter. Highly recommended

Clean waiting area though with coffee and water bottles available as well as restrooms. The gentleman at the front counter are kind and helpful. Bobby was extremely helpful and didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of.
