The team at the Casa Grande location are amazing. Not a rush job and they are so thorough and patient when explaining additional details. Highly recommend them.
Terrible shop. Would not recommend by any means. While I was waiting for my service multiple customers came in to complain. Took apart my car for general maintenance with wrong part even after I confirmed with desk because I was skeptical. Call after car is apart with price increase. After I payed I refused to sign there waiver, attempted to hold my keys. After discussing issue was promised refund. Than called to offer me a lesser refund. Never received that refund either. I want to give a huge thank you to this specific location and especially to the manager, Rene Sandoval, for truly going above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running. After recently taking my car to Brake Masters #175 and coming home with unexpected issues, Rene immediately took action. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way he stepped in and made things right.
