had Brake Masters check my car on Friday Sept 5 as brake and battery light came on and car lost power so was slow driving to them for diagnostic test. matt was very nice and checked everything out and gave me advice to use another place as they did not do electric diagnostic. He did not charge me for service provided since he could not repair it. I have used them before and always get 5 star rating. Thanks for checking every thing out. Good place to use for brakes.
This is the 2nd time I have been to brake Masters. The staff is very efficient friendly and both visits were pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The mechanics were all business and no clowning around. Rene the assistant manager was busy but took time to explain, all round a great place. Also they do way more than just brakes. Give them a try you wont be sorry!
Made an appointment. Scheduled my day accordingly 1hr wait after my appointment all Matt could say was 15 to 20 min which is what I was told when I got there. If I didn’t schedule an appointment I’d understand that. But come on guys.
They are fast, knowledgeable, and really nice. They have the best price for oil changes.
