UPDATED 03/04/25, they responded to my review & asked me to email their customer service to discuss. I emailed them multiple times with receipt & proof right after the incident, but they never responded. They don’t care about customer service at all DISHONEST..! I just came in today for an oil change for my 2019 subaru, and they suggested me to change my rear brake which cost $219.95 with online coupon. Once done, They CHARGED me $300. I asked them to explain to me the difference but the guy kept saying he didn’t understand ... read more
