My wife tried to take our car to these folks to just get a simple front end alignment. The first time they told her they can't do it because some of the parts on the steering system are loose. My wife said OK I'll let my husband fix that and I'll be back. They quoted her $1,100 dollars to do this job. It cost me under $500 with the purchase of the special tools needed to get the old pitman and idler arms off. After putting in all new parts my wife took it back to have it aligned. Really disappointed in my experience there recently. Had my brakes evaluated for having a slight squeak. Was told front and back brakes required replacing. Took to another shop with quote and paper work. Had 50% left on front pads. Totally tried to rip me off. Very disappointed.
I took my Ford Range in. they told me I need New Rotors and brake calipers. They put one of the caliper on backwards, twisted the brake lines. I wouldn't send my worst Enemy there. These people DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.
Replaced my brake pads (warranty replacement) and one set of rotors. Decent price, relatively fast service.
