Had them do brakes and change out fluids, including an oil change. They didn't even bother to hand tightened my drain plug! So, I get to tighten it down, clean up the mess in my driveway, and add more oil myself. There's no excuse for messing up something so simple and important. Now I'm worried about what else was done incorrectly. Won't return.

Mom and Dad go there. I took the car I had bought 4 months before b/c the brakes were squealing. Turns out the last brake change didn't sand the roters but the brakes were fine. Didn't charge me anything.
