I picked up some steel rebar while traveling west through a construction zone o at Rt290 last Thursday. My tire immediately began making noise but not loosing air pressure. I knew Tire and Break was just ahead so I slowly drove there. Fortunately they hadn’t quite closed and the remaining employee “Duke” I believe saw my issue and provided assistance. He was great. I broke down leaving Austin heading out to San Antonio with my six year old daughter. I happened to break down right by this location and pulled in. Gage and Adam stayed late after hours to help me get my car back on the road within just a couple short hours. They were so nice and went that extra mile to ensure I was safe driving home. My experience with the team at the Dripping Springs location was great. Not only did they work with me on scheduling, but even stayed late to help me out! They were all very nice and informative. Plus, you can’t beat their great prices & deals on oil changes! Definitely recommend!
