Jonathan is another example of the dying working man. Completely incompetent and quick to resort to excuses to refuse service. An excellent pawn to corporate america following proper procedures of 'what ifs' even after I was willing to proceed with caution. I showed that the alignment was doable and willing to give my business. But he rather work up the courage to refuse service rather than to find a reasonable solution at this location.
Update as 7/21 and nothing has changed I’m still a satisfied customer. Went in for an oil change and they took care of me quicker than molasses on a plate. Don’t you just hate taking your car to get something repaired? Well I do but these guys made this a pleasant experience. From the person at the counter to the person who actually worked on my car.
