I had a 4 star before but I agree with the latest reviews. This place has gone down big and fast. I have lifetime alignment. Use to be 2 bucks for them to do it with fee now its 4 bucks. Guy said no it was even 3 when he started few years ago and no it was not. Want to charge me crazy amount for water pump 700 when it will cost me only 290 at a trusted shop. I just laughed and left. Also suggest going to firestone for alignment. 200 lifetime and no extra fees when you get it done
I give this location 5 stars. I have taken my vehicles to other locations and had issues. This location always knocks it out of the park.
The upselling at this location has gotten out of hand. So much so it has become deceptive upselling. Plus, photos of the so called work that needs to be done is not being presented to the customer. I don't feel like a valued customer when all the employees can think about is their own paychecks, their commission. Deceptive upselling is bad business. If we can't trust you, we won't return.
Brandon, and his crew were great! I needed my brake issues resolved and gave me world class service.
So my appointment was at noon today. I was the only customer. The prices weren't right. I have the life time brakes, and last time 6 months ago it was 124.00 for the back. Parts , re-surfacing routers and break pads. This time it was 189.00 blah blah. I went thru trouble having it corrected. Only to get an 89.00 price on my oil change too. I waited as 3 guys sat and ate Mama Margie's in the 3rd bay as I waited. I had to get out of my truck and ask them if breakfast was over as it's now 12:30 pm.
