Service guys were very nice and professional. We're able to get me in for a wheel. Alignment, same day.
They played the let’s get his keys and hold him hostage!!! Long story short 2.5 hours go by and I have to ask about my car. They tell me they are waiting on a part and should be here soon. A better business practice would be, we will order the parts and call you when they arrive so you’re not waiting 3 hours. This process is to ensure every penny is made and leaves out the customers time. Do Better!!!!
I wanted both my rear rotors turned on my 2011 tundra. Multiple high end shops declined the service because I have slotted rotors. This business received pictures from me of my rotors( they absolutely did not have to do that by the way!) I showed up, very courteous and knowledgeable and timely. They inspected all my rotors and brakes . They turned my rear brakes and replaced rear brake pads and did Phenomenal work!
