Staff was very detailed in what my car needed and worked to stay within my budget
Excellent and timely service.
Mr. Josue was very hospitable and helpful during the service even when I didn’t really know what I wanted he helped by being patient and encouraging through out the whole process.
These guys are not only rude and disrespectful, come to find out there very racist. I can not even begin. My sister went to get a oil change no care in front of her and they told her she had about 3 hours to wait. Then said she can not wait in the lobby because of the smell of gas??? WTH it's a car shop.... Never gonna go here again. At this point I'm contacting corporate office someone needs to hire a New Crew.
I’m disappointed with my experience today at Brake Check. I brought my Ford F-150 in for a simple oil change and was charged $148, which is by far the most I’ve ever paid for an oil change. When I asked for a breakdown of the price, I was told I paid full price because I would receive a discount on my next visit. That explanation didn’t justify the cost for me.
