Technitian didn't bother to place something to protec floor mat. Left grease marks on brand new floor mat. Site didn't let me post without selecting a star. I wouldn't have left no star.
Went in for a alignment was told they couldn't do the alignment cause the tierod kept popping out. Fine it was able be aligned. But why send a customer without screwing the tierod down. I could hv killed myself and even worse innocent people around me. I understand the shop was all closed up everyone was ready to go home but, At least tell me my trucks not SAFELY drivable instead of here ur keys no charge. The team is awesome from the management to the new hire, there professionalism and attention to detail saved me time and money. I feel comfortable and confident when I leave my cars ( multiple) with George, John and the team. Brake check needs to us them as a training method on how to operate a busy location.
