Went to this place on 3/12 and it has cost me dearly. Had my brakes and rotors done. When I picked up my truck there was a vibration coming from the wheels when I drove on the highway. I took it back on 3/15 and explained to them what I felt. They told me they do feel the vibration but don't know where it's coming from. Well yesterday it was so bad I had to pull over and see what's going on. My tire was holding on by 2 lug! Three of them had snapped off and my wheel was wobbling! Bonus surprise: my next oil change will be half price. John provided excellent service, even replacing a dirty air filter for a nominal fee, and he did the work in under 30 minutes.
