I scheduled an appointment for today, 10/14/19, at 11:30 am. I left and returned at 3:30. My car was still being worked on at the time but one of the employees said they were finishing up and took me into the office to check out. When I had arrived that morning, there was another man who did not appear to be an employee (I assumed he was another customer at the time) in the waiting room who was talking to all the female customers who walked in and clearly making them uncomfortable. Visited The Woodlands and this location and I've had exceptional service at both! I wish they were a full service mechanic shop and also sold tires! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
2pm-5pm during the week is the best time to go if yo can. The morning is really busy here.
Don't come before 10 am. They don't schedule any techs that do actual work til then. Only come here in a pinch.
Pathetic new manager
If you need anything fixed do not bring it here. Horrible place ...service...ugh!
