Paid 338.11 cents for parts and labor then when we picked up our car were charged another 22.00 for another part that we knew nothing about . Tony promised a free alignment and that never happened either. Will be reporting you to the BBB
Brake check has caused me move $ 2,382.00 making repairs to fix problems they caused to my truck. I would not use this company to fix the most minor repair. Corporate office will not return a call to discuss my problem.
This was my first time going here it was prompt 10 service the guys were professional customer service is key with me and they did an excellent job there was 1 customer infront of me and the guys apologized for wait over and over GREAT STAFF WILL VISIT AGAIN!!!!!!!!
don't go to this place they do don't know what they're doing I told him do not do the back brakes are good they did them anyway they took them apart and they could not figure how to put them back together went there at 9 o'clock in the morning didn't get out of there till 3. when I was there a guy drove off from getting his brakes fixed and his tire fell off they forgot to put the lug nuts on tight plus his brakes didn't work ! he's going to sue them he said. also a red truck with huge Tires 4 wheel drive they let it down of... read more
They wouldn't even get a star but since you have to click at least one...This place has nothing but Crooks working for them. I took my car to be looked at and was told i needed calipers, rotors, drums, shoes and pads. Quoted 1200.00. I took it somewhere else and all i needed was pads. They have no integrity whatsoever. Do not go here!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Brake Check because my brakes didn't work on a couple of stops. They quoted me $400 worth of labor and parts. Then, told me to come back the next day when the parts would come in. I couldn't even leave the parking lot because my brakes barely worked. I told the mechanic. He said he would put them back to where I started. This made me leery and I didn't go back. I went to another place. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I can not begin to tell you what horrible service I received at this brake check. The first time I came in I was shown my rotors and told they would just need resurfacing and new pads. When I left they were squeaking (was told it was just because they were new pads and it would stop) and my pedal was very soft. I really trust this store the manager, Raoul, and the service. Everything I have asked to be serviced was completed quickly, courtesly, and professionally. I find I need maintain my car in a timely manner to not have major repair bills. These gentlemen help me do this.
NOTE: NEVER GO TO BRAKE CHECK, THEY ARE LIARS, DISHONEST, AND COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY CAR AND PUT MY FAMILY'S LIFE IN DANGER TWICE. I went to this Brake Check location for a simple $30 oil change and left with the worst auto service I've ever had in my entire life, two incidents where my family's life was in danger and $1700 in damages to my car....
