They pulled my BMW into the workshop turned it off…then came to get me to inform me the car that I had just had service by an authorized BMW repair shop wouldn’t start. Question: Why were you under my car where the starter’s located? The labor price was fair, but the parts markup is truly shameful to downright disgusting. Over 100% markup for parts. There is no reason in the world why putting brake shoes and drums on a truck should cost almost $800! It can be done on an 18 wheeler cheaper than that! I will never allow my child to go there again and I surely won’t recommend you for putting brakes on a bicycle!
If I could have rated this honestly it would have been a negative 5. I take meticulous care of my care from top to bottom inside and out. I keep every receipt from any and everything I have done to my vehicle. I warranty for my brakes and rotors from the dealership on my vehicle. I began service with Brake Check in Round Rock. After 4- four hour visits my car makes a very loud sound.Worst part about this is Marcus the District manager has set up 3 THREE appointments with me and no showed EVERY SINGLE ONE.I was headed from my home in Round Rock today to head to his store @ Lamar. We took our F350 in for oil change (over $110)....tire rotation is supposed to be included but the technician said because we had a regular size F350, he had to charge me an additional $90 to rotate the tires because my truck was "too big". Everything on my truck is factory and there is no reason they should have to charge us that when its supposed to be included with oil change.
