Went for a brake inspection and oil change. Had an appointment. Wait was 2 hours. I had to remind them to do the oil change. They said there system was wrong and didn’t have an oil change on the appointment. Well they should double check with the customer what they are there for before taking the keys. All Stephen did was take the keys and go into the shop. After the 2 hours wait, I had to bring it back because they over filled my oil by .8 of a quart. Said their system was wrong. These guys are the best. The owner needs to give them all a raise. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There is zero pressure to upsell you. The amount of patience they have is not found in today's world. I watched as the nice gentleman with the tattoos answered a ton of questions for an elderly customer and never once spoke down to them. I went in for my first time and was warmly welcomed and promptly helped. The manager was especially accommodating and made the experience easy and pleasant. I'll be returning here again for my next oil change. I very much recommend a visit here for car maintenance needs.
