Spencer is the man, he’s a great representation of the company making sure that all your needs are met with a smile on his face, super helpful and nice, his associates also represented the same work ethic and helpfulness
I went in for an alignment at the San Marcos location and the technician drove my car recklessly, spinning the tires down the street. When I brought it up to Spencer, he was rude, dismissive, and refused to address the issue.
