weaponized Incompetence- Spencer and Anthony and the entire staff only knows how to plug and play. Not real mechanics. Don’t get me wrong, they can do quite a bit, but considering they do alignments and overcharge hella for brakes and rotors they really suck at alignments or even doing the extra work to see what they can do. Had the worst encounter this morning. Took my truck this morning and used a side entrance due to the complications with my vehicle. As I was about to park, a vehicle comes in and blocks me. I pointed to the handicap parking to indicate that I needed to park there. The driver was clearly annoyed and reversed just enough for me to park. It literally was just a right turn...no big deal. Normally I get pretty good service from this location. However, today the men working seemed very annoyed that I was there. I came in around 5:15 which is 45 minutes before closing. The man who greeted me made an annoyed remark about how “everyone thinks 5pm is just the best time to get an oil change.” I also asked them to please air up my tires since they were low from the cold front we got recently. I came in to get my tires changed and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy. My oil was changed a few weeks ago, and that was great as well. Special thanks to Spencer and Anthony!!! They definitely made my experience. I will be back for future services.
