I come here a lot I received great service and customer service up until this morning , when I delt with spencer , a very rude and unprofessional man and for a manger especially. He did not sympathize with my unfortunate situation or even cared just continued to say it wasn't his problem, I spend lots of money here I bring all my business here. I absolutely love this place, great friendly staff. There very fast with high quality results. It's hard to find a good oil change place but this one is definitely one! Still the greatest oil change place there is. Spencer is the best!
(updated 7/5/26) I continue to come to the San Marcos Brake Check location for a number of reasons, Management and the employees are always excellent, hard-working, extremely kind and communicative. This place is ran very well, the employees work very hard & prioritize their customers. My second job is driving for Uber so I get oil changes frequently, It’s always nice to know that every other oil change will be half off (I don’t know any other business that does that for their customers)
MR SPRENCER AND DAVID ARE BEYOND TALENTED RESPECTFUL ANDDDDDD FAST WORKERS I HAD A 13 YEAR-OLD CONTROL ARM ON MY CAR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO BADLY !!!!! For a VERY fair price , they got me IN AND OUT IN ONE DAY !!!! On top of this i had a appointment at 8am that i missed for this issue and they STILL finished IN ONEEEEEE DAY !!!!
