Spouse recently brought car in. The manager was rude and unprofessional towards not only to me, which I'm fine with, but not my mother-in-law. They messed up. Mother-in-law paid for the repairs, then they added a new charge for a new part. Then said that needed to be paid for plus the labor, even though the labor was already paid for.
