I accidentally hit my door with my car and they came out same day to give me a quote for a new panel as well as get the door back on track so it was useable right away! Jake was prompt, friendly, informative and he knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door right away. He was able to replace it and thoroughly explain it all so that I could understand. He was honest and had the door fixed in a short time. Now the door is like new. A great experience!
Work was done satisfactorily, but was WAY too expensive. $430 for two springs! Seriously? Also the tech showed up 1 1/2 hours after the two hour window. Too bad because I need to replace two garage doors. Will be looking elsewhere now.
