I am formally correcting the inaccurate information in your response. Your claim that I 'did not want to send' a treatment plan is a complete fabrication. Let me be clear: My decision to cancel was a direct result of your office’s failure to follow through on the explicit agreement made during my visit. I recently visited Braintree Family Dental for a cleaning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my cleaning didn’t feel as thorough as I’ve experienced at other dental offices. I noticed that I wasn’t asked to rinse during the appointment, and when I got home, I still had some tartar on my lower left teeth. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mytrei Chaturvedula and her team. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and had avoided it for years, until I ended up with a tooth infection and was referred to her office. My experience with this dental practice through MassHealth was extremely disappointing. The dental work performed was substandard and caused more problems than I originally had, leading to additional issues and ongoing discomfort. While MassHealth covers treatments at no upfront cost, the quality here was so poor that it ended up creating bigger long-term problems.
