I had a great experience, very friendly and caring staff. Had a root canal done and felt nothing, I felt more during my filling and they made sure I was okay and applied more numbing. Much better than my previous Dentist so this is definitely my main place now.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The office is very clean. I highly recommend them

I am formally correcting the inaccurate information in your response. Your claim that I 'did not want to send' a treatment plan is a complete fabrication. Let me be clear: My decision to cancel was a direct result of your office’s failure to follow through on the explicit agreement made during my visit. You promised to submit a plan to my insurance and provide it for my review before my next appointment. You did neither. I recently visited Braintree Family Dental for a cleaning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my cleaning didn’t feel as thorough as I’ve experienced at other dental offices. I noticed that I wasn’t asked to rinse during the appointment, and when I got home, I still had some tartar on my lower left teeth.
